Training 6 days a week is awesome for 2 reasons: You want to train the majority of your body parts twice a week You simply love going to the gym and have more time to dedicate to bodybuilding. My training schedule is based on a 6 day a week lifting schedule, this means that I train every 4 days with the same program.
